MLH Community Care and Support can help you with the following services:
We are here to help people who are unable to lead a normal life due to a disability or health problem. We can help you with everyday tasks such as shopping, attending social gatherings or assisting you in getting to appointments
To assist carers and other family members to have time away from their duties. We can provide help and support while your carer is taking a much needed break, so they can relax and come back feeling refreshed.
We are able to provide a carer to take you out for the day to wherever you want to go.
Be it cinema, the local park, or go karting.
We can make sure you get there and enjoy it.
You can find out more about all of these services by contacting us and see if we can help you. Our services are all tailored to fit your needs. If you have any questions we can answer them.
You can find out more about our day trip and community outreach services by checking out our weekly blog. Here our support coaches write a bit about exactly what they have done on a day trip, occasionally with pictures and links to where they have visited.
